Offering advice; drafting and representation on all civil agreements and contracts.  Separation Agreements; Pre-nuptial Agreements; Employment Agreements; Property Leases; interpreting any legal documents, including Wills, Trusts, or materials from other states. I will appear with, or assist clients with their preparation for appearances before  City and/or State agencies.

 

2007 – 2008: Certified Independent Elections Administrator for the City of Los Angeles Department of Neighborhood Empowerment.  As an independent contractor I was responsible for the oversight of the public elections for the Board of Directors for several Neighborhood Councils.

 

2007: On Sabbatical writing a history of Studio City, California from original source materials.

General civil litigation in U.S. District Court and territorial courts (procedures in territorial courts governed by U.S. Federal Rules of Procedure and Evidence). I was involved in "impact litigation." Worked closely with the Governor to develop special federal legislation.

Litigation including family, probate, bankruptcy, employment and landlord/tenant matters, appearing in both judicial and administrative proceedings.

Duties included preparing U.S. Supreme Court amicus curia briefs; major position papers; and U.S. Congressional testimony. Discussed U.S. penology with foreign officials.

1977- 1978 U.S.I.A. Host Family.  Working with the US State Department as a host to visiting dignitaries.  Spending time with them.  Exchanging ideas and comparing daily life in our two countries.
